My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the old center with plenty of dining options nearby. The rooms, set in a lovely courtyard, were spacious but the lack of AC made it uncomfortably hot. The service was competent, offering helpful directions and extras like laundry service and pet amenities. The dining experience was impressive with a wide variety of delicious and healthy options. However, the noise from the pedestrian-only road outside made it hard to rest early, and the room being classified as standard 'Mozart' while lacking AC was a downside.

The hotel had some drawbacks like rooms not matching the photos and only having one toilet for four people, but it could use a makeover. However, the service was a mix of extremely nice and helpful with some moments feeling unwelcome. The location was ideal, right in the middle of Old Town, with shops nearby. The dining experience was subpar due to issues with the breakfast service.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were a delight with a scenic view, super comfortable beds, and a generous and tasty breakfast. The atmosphere was overall relaxing and great, plus everything was small and very clean. However, the split-level room I stayed in was nothing like any photos on the listing.
